4.    Fruit Juice: Juice contains calories that can give you the required nutrients your body needs to remain healthy but for all its sugar contents. you don't need to panic as our country is richly blessed with various natural fruits from where you can squeeze out  100% fruit juice and that does it. On the alternative, you can add a drop of a factory extracted juice (that is, the one sold in your local market) into your drinking water and when this is done, you'll notice that the quantity of calories in your drink is greatly reduced. But I prefer you go natural.
5.    Homemade Smoothies: this can be prepared using (1). blueberries (2) strawberries and (3). banana. There is no big deal in its method of preparation. Just put all the items into your blending machine and properly blend them together into a foamy smoothie, you may want to further add skim milk and fresh fruit to it and that's all. Enjoy!
