Anti-Ageing Skincare Formula.


1.    Get started early on your skin care: Do you know why? It's because your skin starts to age from the age of 25 years old, though you may not see it. The changes are caused by your genes, daily habits and your level of exposure to the sun. So you got to start now.








2.     Use a gentle cleanser: Hot water of course can strip away your skin's natural moisture and so, always ensure to wash your skin with warm or cool water. If you have a dry skin, use a creamy cleanser while oil-free foamy cleanser can be used on oily skin. Then for people with sensitive skin, it's better you talk to your dermatologist about how to avoid irritation.

3.    Choose A Suitable Moisturizer For Your Face: For people with dry skin, they may need moisturizer more than people who have oily skin or breakouts as they may need to apply it at least twice a day. The oily skinned can still use a lightweight, oil-free moisturizer once a day. It's necessary for the both parties to apply moisturizer daily because it protects and improves the skin. Note that, in either case, the moisturizer has to be applied while the skin is still damp for the moisturizer to be properly sealed into the skin.



4.    Layer Your Skin Products: Start your morning by applying moisturizer with sunscreen and if sunscreen is not contained in your moisturizer, wear one and apply makeup to blend. Then in the night, apply your anti-ageing product but if you don't use any, just apply moisturizer without sunscreen.

5.    Wear Sunscreen Every Day: Ensure to buy moisturizers with sunscreen for your skin to be properly  protected. In case your moisturizer doesn't have sunscreen, just look for a sunscreen with broad-spectrum SPF of at least 30, because sun's ray passes through clouds and windows thereby enabling the skin to be exposed from time to time. 




6.    Scrub Away Dead Skin: If you have a dry skin scrub away dead skin cells at least once a week. For the oily skinned, once or twice a week will not be bad, while those with sensitive skin or that have acne may need to talk to their doctors as scrubbing away the dead skin might irritate their skins. To scrub away dead skin cells, use either a soft washcloth or scrubs with synthetic beads, and or, spinning brush.

7.    Eat Good Food: Some studies have suggested that nutrients can improve and protect the skin. Try as much as possible to get vitamins into your body system. Foods which include vitamins C and D protect the skin against sun damage while ones that have vitamins A or B3 may be able to correct the sun damage you have already.


8.    Use Natural Ingredients? Well! Before using natural ingredients, aloe vera and the rest, test them first on the part of your skin where it will not be noticeable. Do you know why? It's because there had been no scientific proof that all natural cosmetics and skin care products are safer for your skin. So you better test the natural products before applying them on your skin to avoid your skin being irritated by them.
