Spain Train Crash Update: Driver Of The Said Train Charged With....


 Francisco Jose Garzon, the driver of the train  that derailed in northwestern Spain last week had been charged with 79 counts of homicide and numerous offences of bodily harm, all of them committed through professional recklessness, said the court - #*REUTERS*. He has been granted bail on the condition he will be reporting to the court regularly, surrender his passport and not drive trains. He admitted driving the crashed train recklessly.
