2. Vegetable Juice: when you add pulp smoothie to your juice, it will be fortified with some fiber which enables your stomach feel full and thereby controlling your hunger. I suggest you use tomatoes as your pulp as they contain lesser calories when compared to others especially, oranges.
3. Soda: Never take soda to be your alternative drink when on a diet. Do you understand that whenever you take a bottle of soda, you're simply taking in empty calories. However, research on switching to diet soft drinks seems to show it as reducing calories but that has not been 100% concluded as some studies had already shown diet soda drinkers gain weight while some others showed a short-term benefit of weight loss. 'Note that, switching to diet soda may not work if your calories consumption exceed what you burn off.'
