Of course you know 'food' cannot be left out. In all what you eat put into consideration, the nutrients your body stands to derive from its consumption. 1.    Saturated fat: Experts had said that eating marbled meats and full-fat diary products which contain lots of saturated fat have the capacity to provoke skin-ageing irritation. However, I suggest you don't do away with coconut oil which is far better than, if not all saturated fatty acids.

2.    Alcohol: Alcohol of course you know dries out the skin and causes skin breakouts and or, different skin conditions in the body. Yet, there are certain benefits of consuming alcohol, but only when done in moderation. In any case, you could choose to stop drinking alcohol altogether, and that would be ideal. These negative effects of alcohol will slowly take a toll on your system and render useless, your life so precious. The decision to make a change is now yours.

3.    Sugar: Too much intake of sweets and refined carbohydrates can greatly raise one's glucose levels and this in turn increases advanced glycation end products which interferes with the repair of protein that allows the skin to retain its shape.
