Right From The Heart: How To Start Over Again...

"But if you do not forgive men their sins, your Father will not forgive your sins." - Matthew 6:15

Most of us know that around 50 percent of first marriages end in divorce. A sad statistic, indeed. But, did you know that 67 percent of second, and 73 percent of third marriages also end in divorce? Why is this? For one thing, people are liable to repeat their mistakes, making them susceptible to similar conflicts, and another broken marriage follows. It's important to take the time to resolve these issues and not carry this baggage into a new relationship.

How can you resolve these issues? First, seek forgiveness from the Lord, as well as from your ex - even if you were the one who was sinned against. Realize that we all fall short in every relationship, and we need forgiveness for the many mistakes that we did commit. Seek forgiveness from your children, as well; recognizing the often devastating effect this has had on their lives and their future. And then the toughest and most important step - forgive your ex, cleansing your heart of the resentments, pain, and ill feelings that may still remain.

Before entering into a new marriage, be sure that you have healed from the loss of your previous marriage. If this has not occurred, then you are certainly not ready for remarriage. If you are feeling doubts, God may be telling you to slow down or even leading you to break off the new relationship. But most of all, seek God's will and be willing to follow His leading...About Right From The Heart

God's Minute: When your life becomes filled with noise and confusion, and...

GRACE TO YOU AND PEACE FROM GOD
OUR FATHER AND THE LORD JESUS CHRIST.
      ( 1 Corinthians 1:3 *NKJV )

Dear Brethren,
When your life becomes filled with noise and confusion,
and you long for a little peace in your life, turn to our
Savior Jesus Christ!  For He said; THESE THINGS I HAVE
SPOKEN TO YOU, THAT IN ME YOU MAY HAVE
PEACE. IN THE WORLD YOU WILL* HAVE
TRIBULATION; BUT BE OF GOOD CHEER, I HAVE
OVERCOME THE WORLD." ( John 16:33 )
After all Jesus' never abandons us, or leaves us to struggle
alone!  We can always call on Him in even the most troublesome
times, for He is always with us!

Also remember that when confusion enters your life, it is
not from God but from satan.  For it is written that; GOD IS NOT
THE AUTHOR OF CONFUSION BUT OF PEACE.
                        ( 1 Corinthians 14:33 )

So, Be anxious for nothing, but in
everything by prayer and supplication, with
thanksgiving, let your requests be made
known to God; AND THE PEACE OF GOD, WHICH
SURPASSES ALL UNDERSTANDING, WILL GUARD YOUR
HEARTS AND MINDS THROUGH CHRIST JESUS.
Amen.                                    ( Philippians 4:6-7 )

Now, have a Wonderful Day and may it be filled with
peace and joy!

LET US COME BEFORE HIM WITH THANKSGIVING.......

LET US COME BEFORE HIM WITH THANKSGIVING AND
EXTOL HIM WITH MUSIC AND SONG.
                            ( Psalm 95:2 *NIV )

  Dear Brethren,
Now it is written that we should; SPEAK TO ONE
ANOTHER WITH PSALMS, HYMNS AND SPIRITUAL SONGS.
SING AND MAKE MUSIC IN YOUR HEART TO THE LORD.
( Ephesians 5:19-20 )  So, we will turn to the Book
of Psalms.  The Hebrew word for Psalm is [mizmar].  This
Hebrew word is derived  from the verb [zamar] which means
  "To Make Music."

Therefore the Book of Psalms is the hymnal of ancient
Israel.  While the lyrics are preserved, the music originally
written to accompany them has been lost to the ages.  For
only the occasional musical notations are left.  For
instance many are directed "To The Chief Musician," while
  others call  for musical accompaniment.

      As an example Psalm 4 calls for stringed instruments;
Psalm 5 for flutes; Psalm 6 for the eight-stringed harp; and
Psalm 8 for the instrument of Gath *NKJV, or according to
  Gittith *NIV.

You will even find that some of the Hymns that we use
today were inspired by the words of a particular Psalm.
Some of those Hymns are as follows:

                                  Psalm 23 inspired:
                1. The King Of Love MY Shepard Is
                2. My Shepard Shall Supply My Need
                3. The Lord Is My Shepard

                                  Psalm 46 inspired:
                1. A Mighty Fortress Is My God

                                  Psalm 61 inspired:
                1. Hiding In Thee ( O Safe to the Rock that is Higher
                    Than I )

                                  Psalm 87 inspired:
                1. Glorious Things Of Thee Are Spoken

                                  Psalm 90 inspired:
                1. O God, Our Help In Ages Past

                                  Psalm 100 inspired:
                1. All People That On Earth Do Dwell
                2. Before Jehovah's Awful Throne

                                  Psalm 103 inspired:
                1.  Praise To The Lord, The Almighty

                                  Psalm 104 inspired:
                1. O Worship The King, All Glorious Above

                                  Psalm 126 inspired:
                1. Bring In The Sheaves

So the next time you sing or hear one of those beautiful
Hymns, remember that it was inspired by the words of a 3,000
  year old Psalm.

Have a wonderful day, and may it be filled
  with music.  Amen.

  With My Love & Prayers,
      your servant Allen
