4.    Fruit Juice: Juice contains calories that can give you the required nutrients your body needs to remain healthy but for all its sugar contents. you don't need to panic as our country is richly blessed with various natural fruits from where you can squeeze out  100% fruit juice and that does it. On the alternative, you can add a drop of a factory extracted juice (that is, the one sold in your local market) into your drinking water and when this is done, you'll notice that the quantity of calories in your drink is greatly reduced. But I prefer you go natural.
5.    Homemade Smoothies: this can be prepared using (1). blueberries (2) strawberries and (3). banana. There is no big deal in its method of preparation. Just put all the items into your blending machine and properly blend them together into a foamy smoothie, you may want to further add skim milk and fresh fruit to it and that's all. Enjoy!

2.    Vegetable Juice: when you add pulp smoothie to your juice, it will be fortified with some fiber which enables your stomach feel full and thereby controlling your hunger. I suggest you use tomatoes as your pulp as they contain lesser calories when compared to others especially, oranges.

3.    Soda: Never take soda to be your alternative drink when on a diet. Do you understand that whenever you take a bottle of soda, you're simply taking in empty calories. However, research on switching to diet soft drinks seems to show it as reducing calories but that has not been 100% concluded as some studies had already shown diet soda drinkers gain weight while some others showed  a short-term benefit of weight loss. 'Note that, switching   to diet soda may not work if your calories consumption exceed what you burn off.'

Most people make the mistake of choosing wrong drink when on a diet. They only carefully choose what they eat, forgetting that their right choice of drinks when on a diet matters a lot in (1). cutting their appetite (2). minimizing their total calorie count and (3). tuning their metabolism. Well, do not worry so much, as this write up will help put you back to the right diet track:
1.   Water: Research has it that drinking plenty of water could have a very positive effect on metabolism. When few glasses of water are taken  before a meal, the stomach gets full very quickly without you actually eating much food. Also, regular intake of water no doubt will cause you to lose hundreds of calories per day. Talking from experience? Yes, I know this method will not be so funny to a lot of people because once you follow this method, you must become a regular visitor to rest rooms and that' not easy at all but hope you know what you want and urge you to go for it as the benefits it offers are worth it.
