Culled from dailymail, the couple's son was delivered today at the private Lindo Wing of St Mary's Hospital in Paddington with his proud father, Prince William, looking on. The long-awaited baby will be given the title His Royal Highness and be known as Prince of Cambridge, after the Queen moved earlier this year to change almost a century of royal tradition. She issued a formal proclamation in January to end a convention brought in by George V which meant that a royal title was restricted to the children of the sovereign and the children of the sovereign's sons.

A two-storey building located at 29, Ishaga Road, Surulere, Lagos, still under construction, which collapsed on Sunday killing five persons and leaving five others critically injured.Residents blamed the collapse on the use of substandard building materials, saying the contractor was using three bags of cement for a tipper load of sand.
A resident of the area, Tajudeen Bello, said: “I had warned the contractor several times. How can they be using three bags of cement for one tipper load of sand? That is the measurement used in the building and that was why I complained to the contractor handling the building.”
