Taking Care Of Yourself...

Reducing heart disease entails knowing which foods to eat more of and which foods to limit. So we're going to be letting you know those foods that help to reduce heart disease, and or, stroke:
Saturated and Trans Fats: This blog is not telling you that the body system doesn't need these fats at all rather it's trying to hint you that too much of their intake do not in any way help the body system. When these fats are consistently consumed in large amount, atherosclerosis begins to build-up, and according to medical experts, atherosclerosis increases the risk of heart attack and stroke. These fats are richly found in margarine, packaged foods, fries, pies etc.

Eating more of low-calorie, nutrient-rich foods, such as fruits and vegetables, then less of high calorie/high sodium foods can help reduce heart disease and make you feel better.
