1. Quantity Surveyor: Applicant must possess at least 8 years cognate working experience in construction and industry related work.
2. Accountant: Applicant must have completed his full ICAN certification with at least 10 years experience.
3. Graduate Maintenance Officer: Applicant must have at least 3 years experience in technical facility management.
4. Graduate Estate Maintenance Officer: Applicant must have at least 3 years experience in real estate management and marketing. Must have good people skills.

Minimum Qualification: HND, BSc. and any other equivalent degree.
