So the G20 seating plan for 2013 summit in Russia was actually changed at last minute to keep the host President Vladimir Putin away from President Barack Obama because of Syria crisis. According to dailymail.co.uk, Mr. Obama cancelled a planned one-on-one meeting with Mr. Putin in Moscow ahead of the G20 gathering.
