UAC of Nigeria Plc (UACN), has announced acquisition of 49 per cent stake in UAC Restaurants Limited (UACR), operators of Mr Biggs, by Famous Brands Limited, an investment holding company listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange. Famous Brands is currently the leading quick service and casual dining restaurant operator in Africa.
