Build more muscle mass using a couple of cans of food or water bottles filled with water, this can serve as weights for your arms and you can use rubber bands or your body weight to provide resistance to your legs to build more muscle mass, if you have more money, of course, you can join a gym or buy any fancy equipment that suits your fitness need. At every part of your fitness program ensure that building muscle mass is included.
