The Minister of State for Health, Dr. Mohammed Ali Pate, had presented immunization Leadership Challenge / Bill and Melinda Gates Award to Governor Idris Wada of Kogi State. He attributed the award to an obvious indication of an effective primary health care service in Kogi State.
