In Kano State, Nigeria, little did Madam Aisha know that what she thought could be cancer in her was a 9 months foetus. But as God may have it, she went to the hospital on noticing progressive swelling of the abdomen which she called cancer.

| The Miracle Baby |
According to Daily Trust, the Doctor who attended to her after touching her abdomen felt the foetal pad, which occurred outside her uterus. After the surprised findings, the doctors and other medical staff in the hospital immediately wheeled her into the theater room and within few minutes, the miracle baby was delivered alive. What a miracle baby and a miracle working God.
