WHY DRINK ADEQUATE WATER? SEE SEVERAL HEALTH BENEFITS OF WATER




Water is needed in the body system for fluid losses replacement. When there is adequate water in the body system, the fluid that had been lost in our body systems from stool, urine, evaporation of skin and breathing will always be replaced immediately. Do not forget that all the lost fluid ought to be continuously replaced, if the best health must be maintained.

Water is what greases your muscle cells. This means that when adequate fluid is in the body, the muscle cells tend to be strong enough to carry out its duties. But believe you me, when there is none, the muscle cells are very weak to perform. I think the athletes can educate you better about this.

Inadequate water intake causes constipation. All the body equations must be balanced at all times, if not they must share the necessary ingredient they need to survive. I am saying that when there is not enough water in the system, the system draws water from stools to maintain hydration which results in constipation.

Lack of adequate water in the body dehydrates the skin. Remember that once this happens the skin is dried and wrinkled, making the skin to look dull and unattractive.
